摘要 拟除虫菊酯农药免疫分析方法是近年来发展的农药残留测定新技术,人工抗原的合成是该分析技术的关键。本文综述了拟除虫菊酯农药人工半抗原的合成进展、半抗原与载体蛋白的结合方法,并对半抗原合成及此类农药通用抗体的研究作了展望。 Immunoassay was one of the assay methods of pyrethroids pesticide residue and was developed recently. The immunogene of pyrethroids pesticide was the key of immune assay. In this paper, progresses in haptens synthesis of pyrethroids pesticide and conjugation between hapten and protein in recent years are reviewed. The generic antibody about this kind pesticide was prospected.
