摘要本文通过中国与美国在政治思想、宗教文化、政治制度、经济制度、地理资源、开拓背景、制宪演进和关键领袖的历史作用等八方面进行比较,对其萌芽和生长的根源进行探悉,以助加强我们对当代我国民主宪政的理解与探索。
