本文从社会经济视角对知识网络的典型观点进行梳理,归纳出知识网络的一般概念并界定了企业知识网络的含义;分析了企业知识网络的特点及其存在形式;并将知识网络视为企业拥有的一项基本的动态能力,能力层面是企业知识网络的本质所在。

This thesis analyzes the representative concepts of knowledge network from the social and economic point of view. It sums up the general concept of knowledge network, defines the meaning of enterprise knowledge network, and analyzes the characteristics and forms of enterprise knowledge network. The paper regards knowledge network as a basic dynamic capability of enterprise, and the essence of enterprise knowledge network lies in its capability.
