摘要
能否取得广大群众的理解和支持是能否取得竞争情报预期成效的重要问题。本文从建立接受竞争情报的企业文化、竞争情报需求识别、竞争情报收集、竞争情报价值实现4个方面,介绍了利用群众智慧的竞争情报含义,认为只有充分利用群众智慧才能开展高水平的竞争情报工作。
It' s a significant issue whether the competitive intelligence professional can obtain understanding and support from the masses to acquire anticipated effects of competitive intelligence. This paper describes the meaning of competitive intelligence which utilizes the wisdom of the masses from the following aspects, i. e. development of competitive intelligence embedded in corporation culture, identification of competitive intelligence needs, collection of competitive intelligence and realization of competitive intelligence value. The paper concludes that only the wisdom of the masses is given to full play can excellent competitive intelligence performance be achieved.
