h指数评价期刊的有效性分析

本文对2003年我国被SCI收录的部分科技期刊的影响因子和h指数排名及其变化情况进行统计分析,结果发现h指数有其独立性,有其特质。在对期刊质量进行评价时,h指数是对影响因子的一种有益补充工具。同时,本文提出一种新的指数k,可以用来分析期刊的发展趋势。

A statistical analysis of the change of the ranking of impact factors and h indices of part of Chinese journals selected by SCI in 2003 shows that h index has its independence and particularity, h index is a useful supplement to impact factors when used to evaluate the quality of journals. Meanwhile, this paper brings forward a new index kh, which can be used to analyze the development trend of journals.
