摘要
为治理颗粒污染物的同时选择最为经济实用的除尘器类型提供理论依据,分析了现有的主要颗粒物净化设备对总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的净化效率,并从基建设备投资、运行费用、折旧费用3个方面进行了经济分析,得出不同除尘设备对TSP及PM10的治理成本.在高效除尘设备中,文丘里除尘器的治理成本最高,静电除尘器治理成本最低;中效除尘器的PM10治理成本明显高于TSP治理成本,高效除尘设备的这种差异不明显.
Provided a theoretical basis for the selection of particulate catchers while particle pouutant, analyzed particulate catchers' removal efficiencies of Total Suspended Particles (TSP) and Inhalable Particle (PM10). Economic analysis was performed from equipment investment, operating expenses and depreciation expenses. Removal expenses of TSP and PM10 for different particulate catchers were gained. Of high-efficiency catchers, removal expense of Venturi scrubber is highest and that for electrostatic precipitator is lowest. Removal expenses of PM10 are much higher that of TSP for medium-efficiency catchers and there is not distinguish difference for high-efficiency catchers.
