A brief description of the manufacturing process of the 300MWe steam generator and pressure stabiliser for Qinshan Nuclear Power Station in Shanghai Boiler Works is presented, with special emphasis on fabrication facilities, test procedures and technological evaluations during the manufacturing process-including deep drilling of tube-sheets, welding of tubes to tube-sheets and tube rolling tests.
