高校贫困生问题加剧现象分析

Analysis on the Intensification of Poor Students' Problems in University

在我国经济连续快速增长的同时,高校贫困生问题没有因此得到根本解决,却在一定程度上呈现出更加严重的态势,表现为数量增多、比例攀升、来源复杂、贫困程度加重、多困现象突出等。造成贫困生问题日趋严重的主要原因有:社会经济体制改革带来的负面影响;教育收费不够规范;高校学费偏高;已有的助学体系尚不完善;贫困生群体发生结构性变化等。为此,政府要严格规范教育收费,充分调动全社会力量广泛参与贫困生的扶助工作;高等学校要加强学生的思想教育工作,努力拓宽勤工助学渠道,进一步完善多渠道扶贫助困的资助体系。

With the fast development of economy in our country, the poor students＇ problems in university have not been solved completely, however, to some extent, the problems are becoming more serious： increasing number, rising scale, complicated source, intensified poverty, and large scale of poverty. The problems were mainly caused by elements such as negative impact caused by the reform of economic system in the society, unregulated charge for education, high fee in university, current imperfect financial aid system for education, changes of the group structure for the poor students. Therefore, the government should regulate charges for education, call on the whole society to participate in the financial aid for the poor students; the university authorities should strengthen ideological education on students and try to increase new approaches for financial aid for education so as to perfect the multi - approached financial aid system.
