中国传统法律文化内容丰富,且被深深地打上了儒家文化的烙印,"礼法结合"就是其中最典型的表现之一。"礼法结合"对传统法律文化的影响,主要反映在"德主刑辅"、"情理法通"和"追求和谐"等方面,其中不乏对现代法治建设产生重大作用的"人情"、"和谐"等因素。

The traditional Chinese legal culture is rich in content, and has been deeply influenced by the Confucian Culture. The concept, ＂combination of etiquette and laws＂ is one of the most typical performances. The influence to traditional legal culture caused by the concept mainly is showed as ＂morality working with punishment as assistance＂, ＂feelings and reasoning combined with laws＂, ＂seeking for harmony＂, which include such elements as ＂emotion＂, ＂harmony＂ and so on, which is quite influential to modern legal construction.
