经济适用住房政策是政府为解决中低收入家庭的住房问题,推进城镇住房制度改革,实施住宅产业与国民经济发展战略有机结合的一项重大举措。该政策的实施已经取得了较大成就,但也存在一些问题。我们需要通过改革,完善相关政策,以减少在政策实施过程中出现的价格失控、销售对象失控、缺乏监管等现象。

The affordable housing policy mid and low income families, to promote is a significant measure through which the government solve housing problems for the the reform of urban housing system, and to implement the strategy of developing housing industry and national economy together. Now we have got some success since implementing the policy, but we still have many problems. We need to carry out the affordable housing policy reform and perfect the consumption correlation policy to reduce the unsatisfying phenomena such as the lack of price control, the lack of control on sale objects, and the lack of supervision and so on.
