Professional Education with Laws

法律职业化是我国法治建设发展的必然要求,也是实现法治的重要条件。市场经济、"入世"、全球化、法律硕士教育、统一司法考试等社会现实和发展趋势,迫使与之极不适应的我国法学教育体制必须进行大刀阔斧的改革。应摈弃狭义的法学教育的概念,重新界定和建构法学教育的新概念,并对与国家统一司法考试不相适应的法学教育现状进行改革,建立统一的职业教育培训制度。

Professional education which is the necessary requirement of the development of ruling with law as well as the important condition to realize ruling with law in our country. Such elements as market economy, Chinese accession to WTO, the economic globalization, JM, and state-sponsored unified juridical test, make it necessary to conduct great reforms in the legal education system of China. Faced with challenges and opportunities, we should abandon the concept of professional education with laws in the narrow senses and construct a new one. In conformity with state - sponsored unified juridical test we should set up a unified professional education with laws and training system.
