摘要
我国慈善立法滞后已经制约了慈善事业的进一步发展,国家应尽快建立和完善慈善事业发展的法律体系,增强相关法律、法规的可操作性,正确处理政府与慈善组织的关系,促进慈善事业在构建和谐社会中的作用。
The lag of charitable legislation in our country has already restricted further development of the philanthropy, thus country should establish and perfect the legal system as soon as possible, enhance the operability of correlated laws and regulations, handle the relationship between govemment and charitable organizations correctly, and promote the role of philanthropy in the construction of harmonious society.
