摘要
利用计算机数值模拟方法对某厂微油点火燃烧器的一级燃烧室进行结构优化设计,以Fluent软件为平台,对一级燃烧室内煤粉、空气以及油火炬混合物的气固两相耦合燃烧过程进行了数值模拟研究,得到了在一定条件下最优的一级燃烧室结构参数,可为微油点火燃烧器的实体试验和工业应用提供参考。
The structure- optimizing design of first- stage firing chamber in oil- saving ignition burner has been carried out by using computerized numerical simulation. Taking Fluent software as a platform, a numerical simulation of air - solid two - phase coupling combustion process concerning a mixture of pulverized coal, air, and oil torch in first- stage firing chamber has been conducted, obtaining optimal structural parameters of the first - stage firing chamber under certain condition, providing with reference for substancial test and industrial application of the oil - saving ignition burner.
