管道安装不当引发电动给水泵轴承振动故障一例

登封市热电有限公司210MW机组电动给水泵因进出水管安装不当引起给水泵和管道振动大,切开后进行重新布管焊接,振动值大幅度降低,给水泵运行正常。

Serious bearing vibration of the motor -driven feed- water pump and its pipelines concerning 210 MW unit had occurred due to unsuitably installed inlet water pipe in Dengfeng City Thermal Power Co Ltd. After cutting apart, the inlet water pipe has been rearranged and rewelded, reducing the vibration value by a big margin, making operation of the feed- water pump to be normal.
