摘要 神华煤制油自备热电厂1号机组试运行过程中,6号轴承超温发生跳机,其主要原因在于轴承座纵向扬度安装错误及发生变化,与轴径扬度不匹配,造成轴瓦前后部油膜润滑和冷却不良。对此,进行了处理。 During trial operation of unit no. 1 in Shenhua Self- owned Thermal Power Plant for preparing oil from coal, a trip of turbine had occurred due to overtemperature of bearing no. 6, the main cause is mistake of longitudinal uplift degree in installing bearing pedestal and variation of said uplift degree hence, with out adaptation to the uplift degree of shaft diameter, resulting in abnormal lubrication and cooling of oil film beofre and after the bearing shoe. For this, disposal has been carried out.
