县域中小企业融资问题研究

Research on financing problems of SMEs in county areas

党的十六大提出"壮大县域经济"之后,县域经济发展迎来了大好时机,全国县域经济增长快于全国同期平均值,良好的宏观环境为县域中小企业的发展提供了巨大的机遇。但是,县域中小企业发展过程中的各种矛盾也不断暴露,其中资金紧张,融资困难是制约中小企业发展的主要因素,成为县域中小企业发展壮大的"瓶颈"。

Good opportunities have been given to the economic development in the county areas since the 16th National Party Congress declared the policy of supporting the economic growth there. In the following years, the economic growth rate of the county areas remains higher than the average growth rate of the whole country. Despite a favorable macroeconomic environment, the small and medium sized enterprises in the county areas have been suffering from the development bottlenecks such as a lack of funds and difficulties of financing.
