和谐校园建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。从三方面对和谐校园建设的内涵作进一步探讨:(1)良好的人际关系是建立和谐校园的根本;(2)健康的校园文化是建立和谐校园的基础;(3)科学的管理制度是建立和谐校园的保障。

The harmonious campus construction is an important constituent construction of the socialist harmo- nious society. This paper discusses the connotation of harmonious campus construction from three aspects： （1） Good interpersonal relationship is the foundation to establish harmonious campus; （2） Health campus culture is the basis to establish harmonious campus; （3） Science control system is the guarantee to establish harmonious campus.
