摘要
针对高校毕业生的就业现状越来越严峻这个问题,在当前就业形势、造成就业困难的原因以及如何提高就业率等方面做了探讨,并提出相应的解决办法。
This paper pays close attention to the serious situation o{ the current employment. The current em- ployment situation, the reasons for the employment difficulties and how to increase the rate of employment are discussed. Besides that, this thesis also gives the corresponding solution.
