摘要 目的探讨前列腺干细胞抗原(PSCA)在前列腺癌组织中的表达与病理分级、临床分期及转移关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法对32例前列腺癌(PCa)和10例前列腺增生(BPH)组织中的PSCA蛋白表达进行检测,并比较各组织间表达水平的差异及其与PCa病理分级、临床分期及转移间的关系。结果PSCA在PCa、BPH组织中阳性表达率分别为87.5%(28/32)、20.0%(2/10),二者间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且PCa组织中PSCA表达水平与病理分级、临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论前列腺癌组织中PSCA蛋白表达阳性率随着肿瘤细胞病理分级、临床分期增加而升高。PSCA是一种新的前列腺肿瘤标记物,对PCa的诊断、免疫治疗等方面有潜在价值。 Objective To investigate expression of prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) in prostate cancer (PCa) tissue and its possible correlations with pathological grade and clinical stage and transference. Methods The expression of PSCA in 10 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 32 cases of PCa were detected with immunohistochemistry of SABC , and the levels of PSCA expression were compared between PCa and BPH tissues, and its possible correlation with pathological grade, clinical stage and metastasis. Results The positive rate of expression of PSCA protein in PCa and BPH tissues was 87.5%, 20.0%, respectively. Significant differences of expression was found between PCa and BPH samples(P〈0.05), PSCA expression correlates positively with. pathological grade and clinical stage of PCa, the expression level of PSCA has no relation with neoplastic metastasis (P〉0.05). Conclusion The expression level of PSCA increase with higher pathological grade and clinical stage of PCa. As a new prostatic neoplasm marker ,PSCA may have potential value for the diagnosis, prediction and immunotherapy of PCa.
