“汇改”对出口企业换汇成本的影响及应对措施——以汕头玩具行业为例

Exporters take measures to counter higher costs of FX purchase after FX regime reform——A case study of the toy industry in Shantou City

该文对汕头工艺玩具业在汇改前后的成本和利润进行了调查研究,指出在人民币汇率持续走高的趋势下,该行业的出口换汇成本相对于汇改前有所提高,经营利润在一定程度上有所下降;同时指出要规避汇率风险带来的负面影响,就必须切实改善企业经营管理,包括狠抓质量管理,努力提高产品档次,千方百计降低原材料成本,有效地缓和化解汇率风险等。

Surveying the costs and profits of the toy industry in Shantou City before and after China＇s reform of its foreign exchange regime, the author finds that the operational profits of this industry shrank slightly due to the stronger RMB and therefore the higher cost of FX purchases than before the reform. To effectively mitigate and resolve exchange rate risks, enterprises must significantly improve their operational management, including quality control, upgrading products and cutting the cost of raw materials.
