2007年3季度,银行间外汇市场运行平稳,人民币外汇掉期交易持续活跃。人民币继续走强,美元对人民币汇率中间价在双向波动中走低。与2006年年末中间价比,9月末,人民币对美元汇率中间价累计升值3.97%。与2005年汇改当日中间价比,9月末,人民币累计升值10.19%。

In Q3 2007, the interbank FX market fared smoothly and RMB/FX swap remained active. RMB kept appreciating in Q3 and the central parity of USD against RMB edged down amid fluctuations. As of end-September RMB has appreciated by 3.97% against USD since end-2006 and 10.19% since the RMB regime reform day in 2005.
