摘要
以煤矸石为主要原料和滑石尾矿为主要熔剂,设计和优化了生产绿色环保建筑琉璃瓦坯体配方。使用DSC,XRD和SEM等技术手段,确定了烧成制度并分析了各种原料的矿物成分和晶体组织结构以及坯体烧结前后的组织结构。优化的坯体配方在最高烧成温度1170℃±4℃下,烧成时间60-70min下烧结出来的产品符合JC709-1998《烧结瓦》国家标准和JC/T665-1997《瓷质砖》国家标准。这样不仅解决了污染问题,同时也提高了工厂的经济效益和社会效益。
The optimization formula of green body of building material glazed tile has been developed using gangue as main raw materials and talcum as main flux. Sintered systems have been determined and the mineral compositions of all raw material and crystal structure of green body before and after sintering have been analyzed by DSC,XRD and SEM.The product of glazed tile sintered all the highest temperature 1170℃±4℃ and sintered time from 60 to 70 min can conform to the nation standard of JC709-1998 for sintered tile and JCTI-665-1997 for porcelain brick.These research results of tile not only solve local pollution problem but also improve the economical and social benefits.
