摘要
依据给水管网信息系统及其管理的特点,利用COMGIS的设计思想,进行了给水管网管理信息系统的设计;采用ArcGIS Engine开发包,利用EPANET2.DLL管网模拟分析函数库,在VB平台上对模型进行集成,实现管网工况的动态模拟分析功能;同时采用Oracle Spatial进行数据库综合管理,实现对空间数据和属性数据的动态加载,建立基于C/S的给水管网信息系统,全面实现给水管网的动态空间模拟功能,为管理决策提供直观的可视化工具。
Based on the characteristic of water-distribution network system and its management, the water-distribution network information system was designed following the COMGIS techniques. Using the ArcGIS Engine development kit and EPANET2. DLL in VB platform; the dynamical imitating and analyzing functions were realized. And Oracle Spatial was adopted to manage the databases and load the spatial and attribute data dynamically. Then the water-distribution network information system was developed based on C/S mode. , it has the functions to imitate the spatial situation of water-distribution network, which can be used as the visual tools for the decision-making.
