摘要
观察50例窒息新生儿血清降钙素(CT)和甲状分腺素(PTH)的水平变化,并与正常组对照。结果表明,CT浓度窒息组明显高于对照组,重度窒息组高于轻度窒息组,均有显著性差异;PTH浓度重度窒息组明显高于对照组,随着病情好转,CT、PTH逐渐下降。提示窒息时CT和PTH可能参与了血钙的调节。
For learing the metabolic disorder of the neonatal asphyxia,the variation of serum Calcitonin(CT)and Parathyroid hormone (PTH) level was observed in 50 cases of neonatal asphyxia. The result showed that CTlevel of asphyxia group was higher than that of normal control group. The difference was significant (P<0. 05);PTH level of the serious asphyxia group was higher than that of normal too and it was proportional to the serious-ness of the disease. With improvement of disease,the level of CT and PTH gradully decreased so that CT and PTHwould play the role to regulate the serum calcium in neonatal asphyxia.
