文章从我国广大农村的实际出发,在规划中尊重农村发展建设的客观规律,以满足农民的实际需要为前提,以村庄规划为重点,通过统筹城乡规划,结合新农居建设,突出地方特色,缩小城乡之间的差距,逐步实现乡村城市化和城乡一体化。

Taking village planning as the important point, the article respects the objective laws of countryside development construction during planning, to meet the actual requirements of peasants from the practical conditions of countryside in our country. The article gives prominence to local characteristics through overall city and countryside planning and combining the construction of new countryside houses to reduce the gap between city and countryside. Thus, the countryside urbanization and integration of city and countryside will be achieved gradually.
