能源问题逐渐成为一个全球性的问题,能源安全威胁着国家的经济安全。通过比较美国和日本能源战略,从能源节约、能源多样化、石油依存度、石油储备等方面总结了其成功的经验,并结合我国能源生产和消费状况,提出了构建我国能源战略的建议。

Energy strategy has become a global problem, and threaten the economic security of countries. This paper compares the energy strategy of American and Japanese, and summarize their succeed experience from energy saving, energy diversification, oil dependence, oil repertory and so on. Ands combines the status of Chinese energy production and consumption, gives some advice to the construction of Chinese energy strategy.
