摘要
水利水电工程建设征地移民搬迁安置中的房屋拆迁补偿和在移民安置区的房屋建设，是移民生活安置、恢复移民居住环境、使移民安居乐业的重要工作内容。地方政府移民机构在组织实施移民房屋建设中，在不同的工程和不同的地方，采取的建房组织形式各异，笔者结合实际工作，就移民原有房屋拆迁补偿与新房的建设谈谈体会，供有关方面参考。
The house compensation and reconstruction for water conservancy and hydropower projects is an important task for resettlement and recovery of living conditions for immigrants. Because of the difference between the different projects or places, there are different organizing forms in the implementing of house construction. The article tires to present some experience and measures on house compensation and reconstruction combine with real practice in execution of resettlement and there is only for your reference.
