小湾水电站大型施工工厂设计特点综述

Design Characteristics of Construction Plant of Xiaowan Hydropower Station

摘要 本文介绍小湾水电站砂石料加工系统、混凝土生产系统、供水系统、供电系统等大型施工工厂设施的布置格局、设计规模、设备配置及工艺布置特点。小湾水电站地处深山峡谷,坝址区两岸地形陡峻,河谷狭窄,大型施工临时设施布置难度较大,一些建筑物采用地下或半地下布置是本工程大型施工工厂的布置特点。这些大型临时设施的实施为同类工程的建设积累了经验。 The article presents layout, design scale, configuring of equipment and technology of several systems such as sand and stone processing, concrete processing, water supply, power supply and so on. Xiaowan site is located in an area with high mountains and deep valleys, the river valley is narrow, which brought difficulties on arrangement for large-size temporary works. So, arrangement of some temporary works are characterized as underground or semiunderground way. This accumulated experience for similar projects.
