工程造价的控制与管理是一个动态的过程,业主方在对工程造价的管理上始终应贯穿于项目的全过程,在工程建设的立项决策阶段、设计阶段、招阶段和施工阶段,时时要有控制投资的经济头脑,充分利用和认真分析建设周期中的重要信息,把握住市场经济的脉搏,减少或避免建设资金的流失,最大限度地提高建设资金的投资效益。
Cost control and management are a dynamic process and the employer's management on cost shall cover the whole period of construction even from various stages such as project determination, design, bidding and construction.
