摘要
制备了低酯化度玉米淀粉醋酸酯(SA)(DS<0.2)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)可降解复合膜,重点讨论了交联剂的种类、用量、交联反应温度及时间对复合膜力学性能和耐水性的影响。并利用扫描电镜(SEM)X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG),对复合膜的形貌、结晶度、热稳定性进行表征。结果表明:经过交联后的复合膜,致密性提高,结晶度降低,热稳定性有所增强,表现出更好的力学性能和耐水性。
Low esterified degree corn starch acetates (DS〈0.2), was synthesized from corn starch reacting with acetic acid/acetic anhydride. At the same time, SA/PVA biodegradable films was gained by crossing. The effect of kind of crosslinking agents, the glyoxal dosage, the crosslinking reaction temperature and the crosslinking reaction time on films properties were discussed. Using SEM, XRD, TG, we studied the microstrcture, particle shape, crystal degree and thermal stability. Thus referring to the experimental results, the films have better mechanical and water-retaining properties are crosslinked by glyoxal than other crosslinking agents. Comparing with those of uncrosslinked films to get knowledge about compactness property of crosslinked films increases, crystal degree decreases and thermal stability increases. The mechanical and water-retaining properties of the crosslinked films are better than uncrosslinked films.
