气固相法制备羟乙基甲壳素

摘要 采用气固相法,以环氧乙烷为醚化剂与碱甲壳素进行醚化反应,合成具有良好水溶性的羟乙基甲壳素。并且,羟乙基甲壳素的水溶性随醚化度提高而增加,呈线性关系。 Chitin is the second most abundant natural polymer in the world. Hydroxyethyl chitin is a water soluble chitin derivative which is prepared by etherification of chitin. In this gas-solid reaction, Gasrous ethylene oxide was used as etherification reagent to react with alkalichitin. ^13C-NMR and IR spectra of chitin and Hydroxyethyl chitin show that hydroxyethyl chitin is prepared. The amount of water-solubility of hydroxyethyl chitin increases with the Increase of substituting degree, which shows linear reactionship.
