肝炎后肝硬化患者血浆生长激素水平的变化

Changes of growth hormone levels in patients with posthepatic cirrhosis

目的：为探讨肝硬化患者生长激素（ＧＨ）的变化，对７８例肝炎后肝硬化患者进行临床观察。方法：采用放免法检测７８例肝硬化患者空腹血浆ＧＨ，６８例慢性胃炎患者作对照。肝硬化患者分２组，代偿组２６例，失代偿组５２例。１５例肝硬化患者同时进行葡萄糖耐量试验时ＧＨ变化检测。结果：对照组空腹ＧＨ平均值为１．２４±１．２４μｇ／Ｌ；肝硬化代偿组为２．７４±１．８５μｇ／Ｌ，其中ＧＨ＞５μｇ／Ｌ者４例（占１５．３８％）；失代偿组空腹ＧＨ均值为１２．１７±１１．１５μｇ／Ｌ，其中ＧＨ＞５μｇ／Ｌ者３７例（占７１．１５％）；后者明显高于前者及对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。１５例肝硬化患者服糖后ＧＨ呈反常性增高反应。结论：本研究结果显示肝硬化患者高ＧＨ血症与肝功能损害有一定关系。

Objective:To study the changes of growth hormone(GH) levels in posthepatic cirrhosis.Methods:The serum GH levels of 78 cases with posthepatic cirrhosis and 68 controls were detected by radioimmunoassay.Patients were divided into two groups:compensated group(26 cases) and decompensated group (52 cases).Serum GH levels were detected with oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in 15 patients with posthepatic cirrhosis.Results:The results showed that the mean value of the serum GH in control,compensated and decompensated groups were 1.24±1.24 μg/L,2.74±1.85 μg/L and 12.17±11.15 μg/L separately.The serum GH level in the decompensated group was significant higher than in compensated and control group( P <0.01).The serum GH levels in 15 cases were abnormally high in response to OGTT.Conclusions:The data show that the serum GH levels was correlated with the severity of liver cirrhosis.
