摘要
体态语真实、直观、丰富,但有时又很含糊和朦胧,正是由于体态语的这些特点使得它比语言更耐人寻味,是语言无法取代的。体态语有共性的东西,也有许多个性的东西,有其地区、民族、文化等特点。大量的实例都能说明认知体态语在跨文化交际中所起到的正、负面效应,从而使人们对体态语的认知更加具体和真实,更加重视体态语在跨文化交际中的作用。
This paper discusses the importance of body language, its close relations with culture, environment and context. Body language is believed more visible, psychologically more authentic, and rich in expressions. Sometimes, it is vague. These special traits make it more profound and irreplaceable. Body language is a regional product. It has its uniqueness on one hand, and on the other, it shares common functions since it is used universally. This paper＇ s special contribution lies in giving a lot of practical examples to convince the readers the importance of body language cognition in intercultural communication.
