文化差异与大学新生入学教育

Cultural Differences and University Freshmen Education

从中学阶段被动的知识获取模式、简单依赖的生活模式急剧转变到大学阶段以自主学习为主的求知模式、独立的生活模式,大学新生经历着由两种不同文化冲突所导致的种种不适应,这是大学新生入学教育面临的最根本的问题。大学新生入学教育应引导新生培养起兴奋而幸福的心境去接受新事物,顺利实现适应期的“四大转换”,树立起正确的大学生涯奋斗目标,同时具备健全的心理健康意识。

Education and living environments in high schools and universities are totally different, which makes the two stages different cultures. Under the great cultural changes after entering a university, freshmen would suffer bitterly from various psychological problems, which is the fundamental problem of freshmen education. Freshmen education should focus on guiding freshmen to accept new things willingly and happily in order to fulfill the four ＂transitions＂ and set up suitable study aims with healthy psyche.
