Finding Balance in Conflict:Review on the Relation Between Media Supervision and Judicial Justice

随着中国法治进程的不断深入,媒体越来越多地关注司法。这一方面有助于防止司法腐败,另一方面在媒体与司法相互磨合的过程中也产生了冲突,两者关系陷入了一个尴尬的境地。这表明我国在处理媒体与司法的关系方面仍处于无序状态,要解决这种现状,既需要从两者的紧张关系中寻求到平衡点,更应当看到两者价值目标——追求和保障社会公正的一致性,二者最终可被纳入到一个良性互动的制度体系中。

With the deep proceeding of legal system in China,medium are paying much more attention on judiciary.On one hand,it has positive role in resisting judicial corruption;on the other hand,there is conflict between medium and judiciary.To solve the disordered situation,we should find balanced chance in the tense relation,and also see the identical aim——pursuing and assuring social justice,which can be brought into a positive interaction system.
