复合盐处理对茴香发芽及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在发芽期间用60 mmol/L的复合盐对茴香种子进行处理,出苗后再分别用30 mmol/L6、0 mmol/L9、0 mmol/L的复合盐进行幼苗处理,观测了复合盐对种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响.研究结果表明:种子发芽期用复合盐处理可以明显提高种子的发芽率和发芽势;盐处理组在出苗期前的干物质质量下降速度比未处理组快,而出苗后的干物质量比未处理组高.幼苗期用30 mmol/L、60 mmol/L的盐处理对幼苗的生长有促进作用,而用90 mmol/L的盐处理对幼苗生长有抑制作用;种子发芽期盐处理后再进行幼苗期盐处理,对幼苗的生长比单独处理种子或单独处理幼苗效果都好. Fennel seed was treated with multi salts in the concentration of 60 mmol/L and the seedling was treated with multi salts in the concentration of 30 mmol/L, 60 mmol/L and 90 mmol/L to research the influence of multi salts on the sprout and growth of seedling. The result showed that : (1) the treatment of multi salts on seed could increase the ratio and tendency of sprout; (2) decrease the dry matter of seed before sprout, but increase the dry matter after sprout; (3) enhance the growth when seedling was treated with 30 mmol/L, 60 mmol/L of multi salts, but inhibit the growth of when seedling was treated with 90 mmol/L of multi salts; (4) treatment of seed and seedling with multi salts was better than treatment of seed or seedling only in the growth of seedling.
