摘要
以Halliday的语法隐喻理论为基础,以商务英语中最为常见的三种语篇memo,letter,report为研究对象,对其概念语法隐喻的表现形式之一——名词化进行分析,发现了商务英语语篇中名词化的四种类型,并对其功能做了初步分析。
Based on Halliday＇ s theory of Grammatical Metaphor, this paper analyzed the corpus of 27memos, 22 letters and 10 reports to explore the types of nominalization in Business English. And the paper has still tried to analyze the function of each type respectively.
