对糖尿病围手术期病人实施整体护理的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Holistic Nursing for Patients with Diabetes in Perioperation Period

目的探讨糖尿病围手术期实施整体护理的临床效果。方法将426例糖尿病围手术期病人分为A、B两组,A组206例,采用传统的护理方法,B组220例实施以健康教育、心理护理为重点内容的整体护理,观察两组病人的临床效果。结果B组病人伤口愈合情况、并发症发生情况及血糖控制情况明显优于A组。结论对糖尿病病人进行全面的整体护理,能提高临床护理效果,使病人顺利度过手术关。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of holisfic nursing for patients with diabetes in pefi - operation period. Methods 426 patients with diabetes in peri- operation period were vidided into2 groups： Group A （n= 206） and Group B （n= 220）. Traditional nursing was provided to Group A while holistic nursing with the key content of health education and mental nursing was provided to Group B, The clinical effect of both groups was observed. Results The cut healing, complication occurrence and blood sugar controlling of patients in Group B were much superior to those in Group A. Conclusion Holistic nursing for patients with diabetes in peri - oper tion period can raise clinical nursing effect and help patients recover from the peri- operation period.
