脊柱损伤的X线平片、CT、三维CT对比分析

A Comparison Study of X-ray Plain Film,CT and 3D-CT in Spinal Trauma

目的对100例脊柱外伤患者的X线平片、CT、三维CT三种检查进行对比分析,评估在影像诊断中的价值。方法100例患者均经X线平片,螺旋CT扫描,其中84例(应临床,患者或病情需要)经多平面MPR重建,三维CT成像。结果100例中,X线平片阳性94例,CT阳性98例,而经多平面MPR重建,三维CT成像的84例全部为阳性。结论在脊柱外伤检查中,X线平片是首选检查方法,但CT优于平片,而三维CT是X平片和CT的重要补充。

Objective To evaluate the value of X - my plain film, CT and 3D - CT of spinal trauma in imageological diagnosis. Methods X - my plain film and spiral CT scanning were made to 100 eases and multi - plane MRI reconstruction and 3D - CT were performed to 84 eases out of the 100. Results The X - ray plain films of 94 eases were positive as well as the CT of 98 eases, the multi - plane MRI reconstruction and 3D- CT of 84 cases were all positive. Conclusion X- ray plain film is the first- choice examination for spinal trauma, but CT is superior to X - ray plain film, and 3D - CT can be important supplement to X - ray plain film and CT.
