阴道镜在诊断宫颈病变中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Colposcope in Diagnosing Cervical Lesion

目的探讨阴道镜检查在诊断宫颈病变中的临床价值。方法对235例妇科门诊初诊病人进行阴道镜检查，根据阴道镜图像定位取活组织送病理检查。结果病理检查确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）Ⅰ-Ⅱ级71例，Ⅲ级7例，宫颈浸润癌2例，慢性宫颈炎149例，宫颈湿疣6例。结论阴道镜检查对宫颈癌前病变的早期诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of colposcope in diagnosing cervical lesion. Methods Colposcopic examination was made to 235 first- visit outpatients of gynecological department and living tissue was taken from the site located by the colposcopie images for pathological examination. Results The pathological examination finally diagnosed 71 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CAN） at Stage Ⅰ -Ⅱ, 7 cases with CIN at Stage m, 2 eases with cervical infiltrating cancer, 149 cases with chronic cervieitis and 6 cases with cervical condyloma. Conclusion Colposcopie examination is of important value in early diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesion.
