摘要
为进行脑肿瘤的加热治疗提供依据,本实验采用自制金鹰植入体磁感应加热装置,对兔脑组织进行局部加热研究。该加热线置由高频电流发生器、电磁感应线圈和金属磁性针(植入体)组成.在加热时,通过调整加热装置中各部分相应的参数,使植入组织内的金属磁性针产生足够的治疗温度(49℃),在加热过程中温度相对稳定,金属磁性针周围兔脑组织温度明显递减,邻近脑组织的热损伤局限.增加金属磁性针的数量进行排阵加热,可扩大加热范围,提高组织内温度分布的均质性,增强加热效果.
For research in treatment of brain tumor, magnetic induction hyperthermia with metal implant was performed on normal rabbit brain using the device developed by ourselves, which consist of three major parts: high frequency gerator induction coil and metal-magnetic needle (implant). During heating, the parameters of three parts might be adjusted so as to keepmetal-magnetic needle to have constant thrapeutic temperature with sure safety. As heating with an array distribution of metal-magnetic needles, the temperature within array area increased obviously and heat scope was extend so that more homogeneous distribution of temperature was obtained and heat efficiency improved. Morphological changes of heated brain showed con entric zones of thermal lesion around metal-magnetic needle within one week when the necrotic zone was insignificant and showed repairing by the end of two weeks.
