IAP测定对结直肠癌的诊断意义研究

The Diagnosis Significance of IAP Levels in patients with Colorectal cancer

用放免法测定结直肠癌患者外周血免疫抑制酸性蛋白（IAP）含量及白细胞总数、中性粒细胞／淋巴细胞比值，结果发现，其皆随结直肠癌病期进展而逐渐增高，IAP含量与中性粒细胞／淋巴细胞比值呈直线相关．提示检测外周血IAP含量可预测直肠癌患者病期．

We examined the IAP (immuno suppressive acidic protdin) in the peripheral blood in parients with advanced coloreotal cancer. Leukocytes, neutrophils (N), lymphocytes (L) and the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes (N/L ratio) were also measured. IAP levels, Leukocytes, N and N/L ratio increased with the advanced stages of cancer, L was inversely related to the advanced stages of cancer. The IAP levels correlated well with the N L, ratio. These findings suggest that IAP. N, N/L reflect anticancer ecchanisms and that they may be useful when considering treatment or prognosis of patients with advanced stages of clorectal cancer.
