摘要
在中国,经济型酒店间的竞争越来越激烈。只有获得顾客满意的企业才能够在竞争中取得胜利,而对顾客期望进行有效管理是获得顾客满意的基本途径。
The competition among economical hotels becomes more and more acute. The one who can win the customer' s satisfaction will be succeed. To manage the customer' s expectation is a good way to get their satisfaction. Some basic ways to manage the customer's expectation effectively are explored in this article.
