近来关于学报许多问题的争论都与对学报定位问题的不同认识有关。学报是高等学校主办的、以反映主办学校的教学和科研成果为主的学术理论刊物。这是我国多年来关于学报工作的经验总结,是关于学报定位问题正确的、科学的规定,符合学报发展的实际情况和客观规律。关于学报的一系列问题的正确解决都应当以这一科学的定位为基本的出发点。

Arguments over problems of the journal recently are related with the different understanding about the journal＇ s orientation. The journal is a kind of learned academic journal held under the university, which mainly reflects teaching and scientific research results from that university. This is what we have learned from all these years＇ working experiences. The orientation about the journal is correct and scientific, and is accorded with the actual conditions of the journal＇ s development. Correct solutions of existing problems of the journal should begin with full understanding of this scientific orientation.
