Some Basic Theoretical Problems on Law Enforcement in Educational Administration

本文以公共行政学、行政法学和教育学等理论为基础,对教育行政执法的几个理论问题进行了深入探析。在此基础上,对教育行政执法的理论基础进行了梳理,对教育行政执法概念作了新的界定,对教育行政执法行为进行了新的分类,对教育行政执法的功能与作用进行了比较全面的归纳。

Based on the theories of public administration, administrative law and pedagogy, this paper deeply analyses some basic theoretical problems on law enforcement in educational administration. Moreover, it points out the basic theories of the law enforcement in educational administration, makes new definitions to its concept, does new classifications to its action, and arrives at a fair generalization to its function and role.
