摘要
煤炭交易过程中,由于煤炭商品的特殊性,商务异议不可避免,如何合理解决是煤炭双方交易过程中的重要问题。从合同的签订、铁路运输和验证质量结算等交易环节过程探讨如何避免及解决煤炭商务异议的合理途径。
Commercial dispute couldn＇t be avoided in the coal trading because of coal＇s special performance, so the main problem is how to settle the dispute fairly, and the rational paths about contract definition, railway transportation, and the terminal charges of verification quality were discussed in this paper.
