摘要
免疫母鸡的卵黄内含有抗体这一发现,推动了卵黄抗体制备技术的发展.研究发现卵黄抗体更优于哺乳动物所产生的抗体,而且减少了对动物的伤害.分析了卵黄抗体的生物学特性、作用机理以及用途.
The fact that antibodies can also be detected in the yolk of eggs laid by immunized hens, led to the develop- merit of the yolk antibody technology as an altemative method . The study show that egg yolk antibodies offers advantages over mammalian antibodies and less stressful to animals. Protocols on the biological and physicochemical characteristics, function mechanism, extraction, isolation and use of antibodies from yolk are described in this article.
