摘要
对输卵管妊娠后有生育要求的9例施行了保留输卵管的保守性手术，其中5例治疗后获宫内妊娠，妊娠率为55．6％．并对本术式的适应征进行讨论．
In 9 patients who had tubal pregnancy, conservative tubal surgery was performed to preserve their fertile ability. Five of the patients had subsequent intrauterine pregnancy following the operation. The pregnancy rate was 55. 6%. These results indicated that preserving the affected tube has particular meaning for young women without genital inflamatory disease and desiring pregnancy.
