摘要
从高校人本管理的科学内涵入手,论证了新形势下高校实施人本管理的必然趋势和内在要求,分析了当前高校在实施人本管理中存在的问题,并探讨了高校实施人本管理的有效途径。
From the scientific connotation of the people-oriented management in universities, the necessary trend and internal requirement of the implementation of the people-oriented management under the new situation were proved. The existing problems of the implementation of the people-oriented management in universities were analyzed and the effective methods of the implementation of the people-oriented management in universities were discussed.
