摘要
气流引纬控制技术是喷气织造设备中的关键技术。以纬纱飞行时间作为控制目标,利用模糊控制算法建立了气流引纬监控系统的数学模型,采用双输入单输出控制结构,由工控机实现了模糊算法。实验显示,采用模糊控制能够较好地实现控制效果,适应了高速织造条件下的纬纱平稳飞行,具有较好的应用价值。
The control method of air filling is a key technique on weaving loom. This paper takes fly time of weft as the control target. It bulits up the mathematical model of air filling system by fuzzy control and carries out fuzzy arithmetic by IPC through double input & single output control structure. Experiments show that fuzzy control can obtain good control result. This control method has a good applied value in high speed weaving.
